Stock indices rise in this week. SHSE-SZSE300 Index opens at 2,123.37 points and closes at 2,286.58 points, up 6.82% from the closing of the previous week. SSE Composite Index opens at 2,066.23 points and closes at 2,193.01 points, up 5.29% from the closing of the previous week. SZSE Composite Index opens at 649.96 points and closes at 715.00 points, up 8.49% from the closing of the previous week. The average daily turnover of stocks and funds is RMB164.769 billion, dropped by RMB39.559 billion, or 19.36%. The daily turnover of SHSE-SZSE300 Index is RMB89.044 billion, accounting for 54.04% of the total on the SSE and the SZSE.

 

2. Hong Kong Securities Market

The Hong Kong stock market slumps this week. Hang Seng Index opens at 12,522.61 points and closes at 11,921.52 points, dropped by 6.95% from the closing of the previous week. H-shares Index opens at 6,679.69 points and closes at 6,785.47 points, dropped by 1.70% from the closing of the previous week. Red-chip Index opens at 2,846.51 points and closes at 2,805.2 points, down by 3.28% from the closing of the previous week. The average daily turnover is HK$41.035 billion, up 7.12 % from the previous week.
