The Decision on Amending Article 62 and Article 63 of the Measures for the Administration of the Takeover of Listed Companies, as deliberated and adopted at the 11th chairman’s executive meeting of China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) on December 29, 2011, is hereby issued, and shall come into force on March 15, 2012.
