The Measures for Pilot Domestic Securities Investment Made by RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors of Fund Management Companies and Securities Companies, as deliberated and adopted at the 282nd Chairman’s Executive Meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 25, 2010, the 14th Governor’s Executive Meeting of the People’s Bank of China on December 5, 2011 and the 29th Director’s Executive Meeting of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on November 16, 2010, are hereby issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance.
