To regulate the acceptance of application for issuance on the Growth Enterprise Board (hereinafter referred to as the GEB) and ensure a smooth launch of GEB, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows according to the “Interim Measures on Administration of Initial Public Offerings and Listings on the Growth Enterprise Board” (CSRC Decree No. 61) and relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
I. The CSRC shall handle the applications for initial public offerings and listing on the GEB according to legal requirements and procedures as of July 26, 2009;
II. Sponsor agencies shall designate two sponsor representatives for each issuer on the GEB, and the CSRC shall not accept other applications for shares issuance on the GEB recommended by these sponsor representatives before they are in charge of the designated shares issuance.
III. The reporting period of financial information among application documents submitted by the issuers on the GEB shall be the last three complete fiscal years and the latest period; the validity (referred to the period from the reporting date to the due date) of the most recent accounting data in the prospectus and audit report shall not be less than 3 months.
The announcement shall come into force as of July 20, 2009.
