CSRC Announcement [2009] No.9 Announcement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to relevant regulations of the “Securities Law” and the "Measures of CSRC Public Offering Review Committee" (CSRC Decree No.31), upon the decision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the CSRC hereby announces that the following 25 persons will be appointed as members of the 11th CSRC Public Offering Review Committee.

 

1. Full-time members including (17 persons, listed in the order of the number of strokes in their surnames): Wang Xiaodong, Tian Po, Liu Dengqing, Jiang Haoxiong, Zhang Kedong, Yang Xiong, Chen Limin, Meng Rongfang, Jiang Ruiming, Lou Aidong, Bai Lingjing, Gao Yuan, Huang Hongbin, Xie Qing, Lei Xiaoling, Cai Bihe and Tan Hongxu.

 

2. Part-time members including (8 persons, listed in the order of the number of strokes in their surnames): Bai Yingzi, Zhang Hui, Zhang Xinmin, Chen Fei, Yi Yangfang, Hu Baojian, Xu Lin and Guo Xudong.
