The Public Offering Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the PORC) has resolved to hold the 57th Review Meeting of the PORC of 2004 on July 27, 2004. Matters related to the meeting have been announced. The supplementary and revision to the announcement is as follows:
Mr. Zheng Qihua, a PORC member, shall review the offering application materials of Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Sichuan New Hope Agribusiness Co., Ltd. and China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. Mr. Quan Zhongguang, a PORC member, shall not attend this meeting, nor shall he review the offering application materials of Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and Sichuan New Hope Agribusiness Co., Ltd.

The matters related to the meeting have been publicly announced. The supplementary and revision to the announcement is as follows:
Mr. Quan Zhongguang, the PORC commissioner, shall review the offering application materials of Hefei Urban Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Goodark Electronics Co., Ltd. Mr. Zheng Qihua, the PORC member, shall not attend the meeting.
