Collection of Laws and Regulations of Securities and Futures of the People’s Republic of China (2002) compiled by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CSRC) has been published and distributed by the Law Press of China. The aforesaid Collection contains 71 documents -------- the laws and administrative regulations of securities and futures markets as well as the departmental regulations and regulatory documents issued by the CSRC in 2002. In order to help the readers consult and properly employ the related documents, the Collection also includes 19 regulations and regulatory documents issued by other state departments and commissions as well as the related judicial interpretations issued by the Supreme People’s Court, and also the list of departmental regulations and regulatory documents revoked in 2002 by the CSRC.
Compiled according to the Regulations for the Administration of Editing and Publishing the Collections of Laws and Regulations of the State Council, the Collection is the formal edition of collected laws and regulations on securities and futures for public circulation. The Collection claims a wide coverage of contents and the considerable authority and pragmatism and is deemed as the reference book through which the participants of securities and futures markets can comprehensively understand and master the laws and regulations on securities and futures business.
