The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is now setting up the 1st Public Offering Review Committee of the Growth Enterprise Board (GEB) (hereinafter shorted to as the Committee) according to relevant regulations of establishing the Committee by the CSRC in Article 2 of the “Measures of CSRC Public Offering Review Committee” (hereinafter shorted to as the Measures) issued on May 13, 2009 and the CSRC’s implementation scheme of the establishment of the 1st Committee. The CSRC has recently sent letters to relevant associations and departments, requesting them to recommend the non-CSRC candidates for members of the Committee according to the stipulated procedures, conditions and requirements. Relevant associations and departments recommended 77 candidates. To establish the Committee in a fair, just and transparent way, the CSRC has decided to publish the list of candidates. The list is as follows (listed in the order of the number of strokes in their Chinese surnames):
(1) Accounting firms (39 persons): Mao Yuhui, Wang Yuehao, Deng Jianxin, Shi Zhu, Ji Zhengxiong, Sun Xiaobo, Zhu Haiwu, Xing Meng, Qi Zhenghua, Song Xinchao, Zhang Yunlong, Zhang Binghui, Li Li, Li Xipu, Li Youju, Li Wenxiang, Li Wenzhi, Li Jue, Yang Guipeng, Chen Shaoming, Chen Gengsheng, Chen Xinghui, Lin Lei, Zheng Xueqian, Zhao Qi, Hao Shiming, Tang Hongguang, Xu Kemei, Geng Lei, Guo Wenqi, Guo Lijin, Guo Xianming, Guo Ao, Cao Aimin, Fu Chenggang, Jiang Xinhong, Xie Zhongping, Xie Feng and Han Jianmin;
(2) Law firms (18 persons): Wang Jianping, Qiu Yuanliang, Shi Tiejun, Zhu Zengjin, Jiang Xian, Zhang Xiaotong, Zhang Shaohua, Chen Zhen, He Weiping, He Baoyin, Xu Jun, Xu Shouchun, Zhang Xiaohong, Ma Yunyan, Huang Lianxi, Peng Guangya, Cai Zhongshan and Dai Qingong;
(3) Assets appraisal institutions (3 persons): Zhao Qiang, Ge Qiquan and Xie Ling;
(4) The National Development and Reform Commission (1 person): Gu Dawei;
(5) The Ministry of Science and Technology (6 persons): Deng Tianzuo, Wang Jinlin, Li Song, Shen Xinliang, Wu Zhaohui and Dai Guoqiang;
(6) The Chinese Academy of Sciences (6 persons): Wang Tianran, Cheng Huiming, Chen Yong, Hong Maochun, Qin Wei and Lei Zhenlin;
(7) Fund management companies (4 persons): Chen Zhimin, Gao Yang, Dai Jingjiao and Dai Yongyi.
In case of anything concerning the aforesaid candidates for the Committee members that needs to be reported, please report by post, telephone, fax or email before 17:00 on July 24, 2009. The report should be in line with the principle of trueness, objectiveness and justness. For the reports in the name of organizations or departments, the official seals shall be stamped; for the reports in the name of individuals, the real names and their organizations or departments shall be specified for the convenience of further verification by the CSRC’s relevant departments.
