In order to boost the sound construction of China’s Growth Enterprise Board (GEB) market and perfect the supporting systems related to the GEB, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) drafted the “Interim Provisions on Appropriate Management of Investors on the Growth Enterprise Board Market (Draft for Comment)” (the “Interim Provisions”) according to regulations in laws and regulations including the “Securities Laws”, the "Rules on Supervision over Securities Companies" and the “Interim Measures for Administration of Initial Public Offerings and Listings on the Growth Enterprise Board” and solicited the public opinions  regarding it. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Securities Association of China also respectively drafted relevant supporting documents including the “Implementation Measures for Appropriate Management of Investors on the Growth Enterprise Board Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Draft for Comment)” and the “Essential Clauses in Revealing Book of Investment Risks in the Growth Enterprise Board Market (Draft for Comment)” and solicited the public opinions regarding them at the same time.

Relevant opinions and suggestions about the “Interim Provisions” and relevant supporting documents are expected to be sent to the CSRC in written form or by email before June 23, 2009.
