Announcement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission [2008] No.36

To improve the information disclosure quality of securities investment funds (hereinafter shortened as “funds”) and promote the application of XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) in the funds information disclosure, the “XBRL Template No.1 for Securities Investment Funds Information Disclosure ‘Quarterly Report’”, formulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), is hereby promulgated and shall be respectively used in XBRL instance documents of quarterly funds reports submitted by fund management companies to the CSRC for records as of today and in their publicly-disclosed quarterly reports since January 1, 2009. All fund management companies and custodian banks are required to follow the template.
