Announcement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission [2008] No.35

To improve the information disclosure quality of securities investment funds (hereinafter referred to as “funds”) and promote the application of XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) in the funds information disclosure, the “XBRL Taxonomy of Securities Investment Fund Information Disclosure” (hereinafter referred to as the “Taxonomy”), compiled by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, is hereby promulgated (with the technical documents published on two websites [wgp.csrc.gov.cn and www.xbrl-cn.org]) and shall be effective as of today.

The “Taxonomy” should be partly adjusted according to the successively released XBRL templates of the funds information disclosure. Accordingly, the technical documents on the above websites should be automatically updated then, with no announcement to be issued later.

For better comprehension and operation, please refer to the attachment about details of the “Taxonomy”.
