CSRC Signed Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Securities and Futures Regulatory Cooperation with Magyar Nemzeti Bank of Hungary

Recently, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) of Hungary signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Regarding Securities and Futures Regulatory Cooperation. The signing of this MoU has great significance to further deepening communication and cooperation between the CSRC and MNB with respect to securities and futures regulation and promoting the healthy development of capital markets in both countries, which marks a new stage of the cooperation between securities regulatory authorities of the two countries.
So far, the CSRC has successively signed bilateral memorandums of understanding regarding regulatory cooperation with securities and futures regulatory authorities from 67 countries or regions to establish cross-border regulatory and enforcement cooperative mechanism.
